Mr. Michael Canzi is a teacher of Business Studies at Earl Haig Secondary School. He has six years of teaching experience with the Toronto District School Board. Before beginning his teaching career, Mr. Canzi completed his M.B.A. degree and worked in private industry in marketing and consulting for eight years.

Ms. Sandra Katz is the ESL Instructional Leader for the Toronto District School Board. She has over twenty-five years of teaching experience in English and ESL.

Mr. John Kilmartin is a teacher of Communications Technology at Western Technical Commercial School with three years of teaching experience in the Toronto District School Board. and over ten years part-time teaching experience at Humber College. Before beginning his high school teaching career, Mr. Kilmartin worked for more than 20 years in Advertising & Publishing as an Art Director

Ms. Ann Lenchak teaches English at Earl Haig Secondary School. She has an Honour Specialist in English and has been teaching ENG4U for the past ten years. She brings her extensive knowledge of Shakespeare and great authors to the classroom.

Ms. Frances Lue is a teacher of English and Law at Earl Haig Secondary School. She has her Honour Specialist in English and Contemporary Studies. She has been teaching for eight years with the Toronto District School Board.

Ms. Steffi Nathan is a recently retired Curriculum Leader and teacher of Mathematics at Earl Haig Secondary School. She has 33 years of teaching experience and has been in a position of responsibility for 30 years. She taught In Hong Kong last summer and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ms. Jo Nieuwkerk is the Assistant Curriculum Leader for ESL and a teacher of ESL at Earl Haig Secondary School. She has over twenty-five years of teaching experience in Canada and overseas.

Ms. Sorina Petres is presently presently a Curriculum Leader of Mathematics and Numeracy and teacher of Mathematics at A. Y. Jackson Secondary School. She has fourteen years of teaching experience in Canada and overseas.

Mr. Walter Raemisch is a teacher of Communications Technology at Earl Haig Secondary School with twelve years teaching experience and over ten years experience in art direction as a graphic designer. He will assume the role of Curriculum leader of Technological Studies and Screen Arts as of September 2008.

Ms. Barbara Shafman is the former Curriculum Leader of Business Studies and Cooperative Education at Earl Haig Secondary School. She has over thirty years of teaching experience including teaching in Hong Kong.

Ms. Jocelyn Thompson teaches the Grade 11 University English. She is a recently retired teacher of senior English courses with the Toronto District School Board. She has 22 years teaching experience at the university and secondary school level.

Mr. Lei Wu is a teacher of Mathematics at Earl Haig Secondary School with two years of teaching experience. He has a Master degree and Ph.D in physics. Before beginning his teaching career, Mr. Wu worked in hi-tech institute in research and development for six years.

Ms. Beverley Ohashi is an experienced Principal of 2 flagship secondary schools in the Toronto District School Board, Earl Haig Secondary School, A.Y. Jackson Secondary School, and Supervising Principal of Community Development and International Languages. As an educational leader, she endorses a partnership model with community groups and organizations to ensure public commitment to our international education program.

Ms. Eija Forster is a recently retired educator with 33 years experience with the Toronto District School Board. During her 22-year career in the classroom, she taught geography, PHE and Co-operative Education at Victoria Park S.S and A.Y. Jackson S.S.; for the last 11 years she was a Vice-Principal at Newtonbrook S.S. and Victoria Park C.I. She is looking forward to working with students again in the AYJ Global summer program

Mr. Paul Au is currently a Principal at Drewry Secondary School. He is committed to developing international education program in collaboration with schools and school boards in Canada as well as overseas' high schools and universities. Before becoming an educator, Paul was trained as a professional accountant, received his M.B.A. degree and acquired years of valuable industry experience at the senior management level in Canada and the U.S.
